    I’ve just discovered this podcast, and I have enjoyed some of the episodes that deal with albums I know and like, such as Dave Davies talking about The Village Green Preservation Society or Joe Boyd on Nick Drake and Fairport Convention. I can’t say I have listened to any of the ones about records I don’t know already, but that’s just me. I can think of plenty of albums I would like to hear featured, but I don’t suppose it’s easy setting up interviews, and by now a lot of the people concerned ar... more

  • CAS goes woke and damages it’s brand

    I’ve been a fan of Classic Album Sundays for some years, enjoying the live events in London as well as Cosmo’s broadcasts. But Ive just listened to absolute drivel in the form of a programme about Jesus Christ Superstar from 1970. What stands out in Classic Album Sundays is the brilliant insight, wonderful context and real love that is brought to the reviews and instructions.
