L'illuminazione delle città è insapore, senza identità, sporca e grigia. I cittadini si sono abituati allo squallore, al rumore visivo di fondo. È il momento di cambiare.
Il fazionismo, l'attivismo di parte e la paura del cambiamento non fanno bene allo sviluppo di una città. Producono solo chiacchiericcio stantio o critiche dannose, che fioccano copiose ed annullano lo sviluppo urbano.
La rigenerazione umana si attua riqualificando il territorio. Migliorare l'habitat per migliorare gli abitanti. Per cambiare le sorti di un territorio è necessario partire dal territorio stesso e non come pensano in tanti da chi abita tali luoghi.
Kuuljos ha una particolare posizione nell’universo che è anche unica. La congiunzione spaziale dei pianeti che si viene a creare non le permette di ricevere la luce del sole ma solo quella lunare.
Alle amministrazioni municipali non interessa il miglioramento e lo sviluppo urbano ma la finalità utilitaristica della politica partitica ed elettorale.
Non è possibile rimanere per molto tempo a Dampnur. L’illuminazione pubblica di questa città è davvero pessima. La gente è così assuefatta che non si accorge di vivere in modo limitato e dannoso.
Le città necessitano di essere riqualificate. Oggi si fa un gran parlare di riqualificazione e rigenerazione urbana ma rimangono solo propositi. Se si attua la Rigenerazione Urbana è possibile ottenere la Rigenerazione Umana.
