  • Backing debunked books

Really disappointed by the latest episode where they talk about why projects fail and one of the speakers references Atomic Habits as a source. That book is an airport fluff piece that has been debunked. This wasn’t even picked up on by the presenter. I find all of these episodes lately are just the CIPD patting people on the back, no critical thinking at all. No wonder we aren’t taken seriously as a profession.
