Ok, this podcast is fantastic and has incredible depth and interviews, but you really, really need to work on the editing in terms of ad placement. There seems to be no regard for when/where they are placed and there is no transition at all between the show and ads (that are frequent, tbh) - to the point where it's a legitimate "jump-scare" moment when an ad break comes up.
Suggestions - put all the ads at the beginning and end and/or make some audio transitions of some type to keep the listen... more

Love the content but the ad are thrown in there left and right with no cut. It feels disrespectful to the speakers. It’s so abrupt.
I would enjoy listening to the content and the talks, however there is advertising about random stuff inserted every ten minutes, which is extremely disrupting.
