原田社労士のお話は知見に富んでいる。単に本から学んだことでない。氏が実際にお仕事を通して得られた【生きた為になる話】なのである。
語り口もユーモアがあり、コナンや学生時代の話などを通した親近感を与える内容であり、たんに経営的な勉強でなく人間に対する深い洞察に基づいて話をされていて大いな学びがある。
また、パートナーの岡田氏は原田氏が何を伝えようとしているか以心伝心のように心得ている感がある。話の腰をおらずに原田氏が伝えようとするテーマをより明確に後押しされている。
そんな二人が織りなすこのシンフォニーは聴くものに心地良さと本などでは得られない知見を届ける素晴らしい作品である。
