皆様、こんにちは！ 今回の放送では、令和8年7月頃にニュース報道等でも取り上げられていた「山形マット死事件」に関連した内容をお話しさせていただきました。 この事件は平成5年に発生したもので、加害者側の損害賠償責任はすでに民事裁判で確定していました。しかし、長年にわたり賠償金が支払われない状況が続き、ご遺族は加害者側に対して再度民事訴訟（時効の更新等を目的とした提訴）を提起することとなりました。 放送内では、事件の経緯を簡単におさらいした上で、勝訴判決を得たにもかかわらず、なぜ再び訴訟を起こさざる... more

裁判官の本音としては、頑張ろうが無かろうが、給与に影響もないため、早く事件を処理して次の事件に移りたいとのことで、民事でダラダラ引き伸ばしされると心証が悪くなるみたいです。
