前回第１３１回放送では裁判官についてお話をさせていただきましたので、今回の放送では、検察官についてお話させていただきます。
裁判官と同様、検察官についても、新人採用にある程度は苦労しているようですが、過去の状況を遡ると、検察官がとても人気であった時期もあります。

今回の放送では、最近のニュースで報道されていることもあるトッピクスとして、裁判官不足についてお話させていただきました。
ご承知のとおり、日本では、リーガルサービスの拡大等を目標に、法曹人口を増加しようとしているわけでして、司法試験合格者数も従前と比べれば増加しています。
また、裁判官といえば、司法試験の合格者の中でも成績優秀な方しかなれない職業ですが、最近では、司法修習生の中でも裁判官志望の方が減少し、定年前に退職される現役裁判官が増えているとも言われています。

とても暑いですが、2025年8月は、珍しいことに、弁護士放送オフ会を実施予定でございます。

今回は、ニュース等でも取り上げられることのあるヘイトスピーチについて取り上げさせていただきました。

皆様、こんにちは。
今回の放送では、セルポ星人のフィギュアではなく、拘禁刑についてお話させていただきます。
ニュース等でも取り上げられていましたので知っている方も多いと思いますが、２０２５年６月１日より、自由刑である懲役刑と禁錮刑が廃止され（それ以前の犯罪には引き続き懲役刑及び禁錮刑が適用されますが）、拘禁刑という新たな刑罰が導入されることになりました。
なんと、新たな刑罰の導入は、現在の刑法が制定されてから初めてのことでございます。

いつも楽しく拝聴させて頂いております。
今回の広末回の情報漏洩という言い方が気になりました。
マスコミへの報道発表は、一定の裁量の範囲内で、社会的反響が大きい事件について、最終的に警察署の判断で各社に発表しています。判例や裁判例でもしっかりと認められているものですので、本来漏らしてはいけない情報を漏洩するものとは性質が明らかに異なります。
あと山本さんはせん妄の可能性があるからと薬物検査をすること自体を否定するようですが、明らかに行動がおかしい人に対して、あらゆる犯罪を疑い捜査する警察の責務としては、当然な気もします。
加えて、警察が薬物検査をこれからしますと発表しているというよりは、記者からの薬物検査しないのかという質問に応答したというのが正解な気がします。
人気番組ですので念のため理解の助けになればと思い、投稿させて頂きました。

弁護士の吉川さんが真面目に話しているとこに、聞き手役の山本さんが茶化してユルい感じのトークになるのがバランス良く、楽しくも聴きたいし勉強もしたいという欲張りな方にオススメです。

吉川先生がTwitterで、意見がどっちつかずになってしまうと書いておられましたが、その断言することを迷うその様自体から、問題や事案に対する誠実さがうかがえて信頼に値する放送だと思います。SNSなどで無責任に意見を断言する弁護士が跋扈しているので、より好感が持てます。山本さんの聞き手としての能力も素晴らしくとても聞きやすいです。トリカゴ、さくら通信、ちりぬるなど山本さんのラジオを何個か聞いていますが、弁護士放送が一番おもしろくておすすめです。これからも配信待ってます。雑談部分も好きです。
