我們需要在今世就與主一同坐席，好使我們在國度時代與主同坐寶座。在主的寶座上與主同坐，乃是給得勝者的賞賜，使他在要來的千年國有分於主的權柄。這就是說，得勝者要與基督一同作王，管理全地。…基督在寶座上，他們也要在寶座上。祂有權柄，他們也要有同樣的權柄，治理列國。（新約總論第十四冊，一二六頁。）

基督就是那位要與得勝者一同坐席，賜得勝者在寶座上與祂同坐的，就如祂得了勝，在祂父的寶座上與父同坐一樣。〔啟示錄三章二十一節〕的得勝，是指勝過恢復後又墮落的召會中，不冷不熱和驕傲的光景，〔16～17，〕並出代價買所需之物（金子、白衣和眼藥），〔18，〕且開門讓主進來與開門的人一同坐席。〔20。〕
主是召會的元首，祂站在墮落召會的門外叩門，…這門是召會的門，但需要個別的信徒打開。在老底嘉的召會有知識，卻沒有主的同在。主是在對付整個召會，但接受主的對付，必須是個人的事。（新約總論第十四冊... more

對於在非拉鐵非的召會，主…是那『拿著大衛的鑰匙』，（啟三7，）就是國度的鑰匙，有權柄開關的。在此我們需要考量『大衛的鑰匙』一辭是甚麼意思。照著創世記一章，當神創造了人，就派人管理一切受造之物。這指明神的心意是要人有管治權在地上代表神。但是因著墮落，人失去了這管治權，後來再也沒有完全恢復過。人再沒有在地上得著管治權以代表神。
藉著殿和城，一章裏所啟示的形像和管治權，多少有幾分實現出來。在殿裏有神的同在，作祂的彰顯；在城裏有神的管治權。屬神的君王在地上統治時，就是在城中代表祂。（新約總... more

〔啟示錄二、三章的〕七個召會，都是…在小亞細亞的七個召會。〔一3。〕那時在小亞細亞有很多的召會，但是神從小亞細亞這麼多的召會當中，特別揀選出這七個召會來。…神…揀選這七個召會，豫言說，召會的道路在地上到底是怎樣的。
啟示錄二、三章的七個召會，頭三個和末了四個分作兩組。頭三個已經過去了；末了四個，今天都存在，一直等到主耶穌再來。…頭三個召會沒有主再來的應許，後四個召會有主再來的應許，定規是繼續到主耶穌再來。（倪柝聲文集第三輯第四冊，二五八、二六○至二六一頁。）
