I always look forward to new episodes of this podcast. Phoebe and Anna are such generous hosts and their insights around running and their obvious joy around building community are irresistible! Highly recommended!

I absolutely love listening to you both! Have been listening to them all!
One of my favourite weekly listens. Phoebe and Anna inspire me to run well, listen to my body and keep learning. They make me feel like everyoneâs a runner despite the fact they are clearly experts! Inspired to run as well as them one day. Iâve learnt so much from this pod and love my weekly listen!!
Really enjoy listening to Anna and Phoebe each week. Great tips, inspiration, habits and amazing guest speakers to leave you motivated for your running week. Well done ladies, youâve built a beautiful community x
