This show could be much better. The recording quality of the shows are terrible. They sound like they are either in a basement with no carpeting or on a cheap cell phone connection! The hosts talk over one another and in general have a high opinion of themselves! Not much has been done in a while. I can imagine that’s because of a lack of experience in creating something of quality in the recording and content. Gave it a chance, but this is a pass!
I left a review that didn’t post so I’ll try again.
Cheap Trick- IMO- is the greatest US band ever. You can disagree, just try, but you’ll be wrong. That being said ....this pod is just what a ‘Trick-head needs! The album breakdowns, interviews, rare tracks and inside info is without question what makes each episode so cool. Ken is the pilot. What a guy! Fasten your seatbelts and enjoy the trip! Ken can I buy you a beer?! A+++
The best podcast ever. Nuff said. 🇬🇧🇺🇸😄😄😄

The Podfather has been singing the praises of KISS since 2007 on his PodKISSt (my all time favorite KISS podcast), so it’s only fitting that he do the same for Cheap Trick (who famously referenced KISS in their hit song “Surrender”). His co-host on this podcast is BJ Kramp of the great Rock and/or Roll podcast who knows Cheap Trick like the back of his hand. The result is another excellent podcast from The Podfather. If you’re a Cheap Trick fan, this is an absolute must liste... more
