Brandon’s ok too 😆😉
I am enjoying the podcast so far. I want to say that a great way to build self-esteem in your girls is to mention things they are great at, challenges they pushed through, how strong and capable they are, and to not make their looks too much of a focus. Food is good for the body and soul, let them enjoy snacks in rides or runs. We all deserve to nourish our bodies, it is what makes us strong.

This show centers on trail running, fatherhood, and life with large families, often weaving in resilience, coaching, gear talk, and community. Episodes balance personal race stories with practical advice on training, mental grit, and navigating busy family life, frequently featuring guests from ultrarunning, coaching, and van-life circles. Notable is the mix of lighthearted banter and candid discussions on adversity, making it a relatable listen for runners balancing sport with parenting, work, and travel. Potential listeners should find value in actionable training insights, behind-the-scenes race stories, and a welcoming community vibe that celebrates endurance and family life, not just times on course.
