  • A Lifeline When I Needed It Most

I’ve been listening to this podcast since the beginning of my sobriety journey, and I can honestly say it has been a lifeline for me. I’ve been sober since August 11, 2021, and during some of my hardest moments, this podcast has been a steady source of strength, clarity, and hope.

What I love most is how real and honest everything is. There’s no pretending, no sugarcoating just truth, healing, and encouragement.

  • Jeanine is a FRAUD

Jeanine is part of a grift called Sober Girls Group Chat. This group of women includes influencer Abbey Fickley. Abbey has built a platform on lies, she is not sober and preys on the recovery community She has also sexually exploited her child to pedos for views/money. Jeanine is aware and completely complicit in this. Zero integrity

Listening to Jeanine gives me all the feels. She brings addiction and recovery to a light that allows us to laugh at our past lives while gaining insight to recovery and beyond. She keeps me laughing, crying and saving her witty antidotes, week after week. She is a gem. From Overdosing in his Childhood Bedroom to Becoming a Social Club Entrepreneur
Q: What role did community and peer support play in your recovery journey?
Finding Zach, my first sober peer in New York, and later building a broader sober community through sponsorship and step work, gave me authentic connection and a new sense of self; this network, plus structured living and aftercare, was critical to maintaining sobriety and building The Maze as a social hub for sober living.
From Overdosing in his Childhood Bedroom to Becoming a Social Club Entrepreneur
Q: When did things start to escalate in your drug use, and what was the turning point?
After college and into my early career, I became increasingly reliant on pills and alcohol, gradually shifting from party use to daily use to cope with an unsettled sense of self; the overdose in my childhood bedroom became the wake‑up moment that propelled me toward treatment and lasting sobriety.
The Soul Fix: Audrey Hope’s Radical Tools for Addiction + Trauma
Q: How do you address a client who is overwhelmed or anxious during healing?
She emphasizes grounding in light, guiding the client to feel back their own power, and reframing pain as a doorway to higher understanding rather than a setback, with practical steps like energy clearing and shield-building.
The Soul Fix: Audrey Hope’s Radical Tools for Addiction + Trauma
Q: What does a session with you look like?
Audrey explains she works both in-person and via Zoom, sometimes taking notes or delivering a live read; sessions may involve deep energy work, identifying soul wounds, and using tools like visualization, cord-cutting, and past-life considerations to guide the client toward healing.
