After discussing a modern tale last time, we decided to rewind much farther back than our childhoods for this week. To finish off the Christmas season and our very last film review, we're watching It's a Wonderful Life (1946). George Bailey's life ha... more

You better watch out, you better not cry, we're back this week with a movie starring Kurt Russell as Santa Claus. It may not be from our childhoods, but we're excited to dive into The Christmas Chronicles (2018). It's the first Christmas since their ... more

These two have no business reviewing films. Amateurish and childish. Don’t waste your time.
Lex and Steph do a real good job bringing back the nostalgia with their podcast! I love how random memories, from many of the movies I watched growing up, come back to life when they’re mentioned on the pod! If you’re looking to reminisce with an Disney Channel Original Movie or straight to VHS sequel from the early 2000’s, this is the podcast for you.

The chemistry is great between Lex and Steph you can tell these two friends are having fun and enjoying themselves as they go down memory lane. They’re both funny and they have interesting takes/jokes!
Absolutely had a blast listening to this podcast. Love the chemistry between the hosts and the trips down memory lane as they cover some of my favorite childhood movies. Can’r wait to see what they do next. You should definitely give them a listen!!
Chasing Childhood is an epic mix of nostalgia, insight, and fun. The hosts do an awesome job at keeping things entertaining! They provide interesting fun facts about each film (that I honestly never would have known), and break down each film in a nostalgic but also modern, honest way. I also find myself laughing out loud at their banter. What more could you want in a podcast?
As someone who personally is a huge fan of revisiting nostalgiac properties (Television shows and Films) I watched as a child to see how they hold up, through both a modern day lens and as an adult, I love listening to people dialogue about them to compare my own thoughts to theirs. If that is an aspect you too enjoy then Chasing Childhood is the podcast for you. Lexie and Steph do a very comprehensive but brief synopsis of the narrative, give their thoughts/memories of watching it as kids, talk... more

Both Steph & Lex have great chemistry. They give real reviews on movies they’ve seen as a child & watched again as Adults. The fun facts they give on these movies are interesting. I’m always looking forward to the next week. And, Maya’s Corner is totally adorable. Just like Maya
This podcast is a great time and an easy listen. Lex and Steph are so fun and funny... and insightful! This podcast is nostalgic in the best way.
