  • Such a helpful and realistic podcast

I attended Hannah’s group Hypnobirthing course in 2022 before the birth of my daughter. I loved having these episodes to listen to alongside completing that course, she has a fabulous insight and very practical information to apply. I have continued to tune in each new episode that is dropped, and love sharing them with friends/family who are expecting babies and I’m sure I will re listen to them all, once I am pregnant again!
