Really enjoy the history, challenges and personalities of the Outback!
The Red Centre Reflections series is just so good to listen to . A lot of great stories and insights into how it was out in the bush on remote stations trying to make a living . Real pioneers like their ancestors.
Some lovely stories but really does hark back to some awfully racist times with minimal acknowledgement or empathy. To hear the guest and interviewer make light about indigenous people being chained together and walked for days as if they were animals was pretty awful.
So interesting, love the stories from the outback, especially the old stories. Would love to hear more!
I love listening to other peoples stories about their lives in the outback. I as well live in the outback and I have not heard of any of these good blokes.
