Thank you for putting this podcast together. While I remember watching a lot of these movies a few decades ago I did not have access (or, to be honest, the capacity to understand) the cultural background behind a lot of the things that went into the construction of these films. Learning about the influences going into the movies and the various deeper political/social messages that are the underpinning of this body of work is nice. Thank you again!
