I only discovered this podcast in early December 2023 and I’ve listened to every single episode. I have to admit listening to the Covid era podcast triggers the anxiety of those days. However the content is spot on. As a new change I am always learning something and the variety of guests allows me to dig deep into my understanding of change.
I am so grateful that we have this podcast because it helps the community grow.
Highly recommend this podcast to all changies out there!

This is a great podcast for Senior Management, Executives, Change practitioners and all people who want to learn more about organisational change.

I got to write down actionable tips I can use tomorrow and ponder some of the sacred cow conventions of change practice that soooo need to be challenged. This is a super accessible way to consume the big ideas of change management and get practical tips and tools along the way. Natasha is a fabulous host who keeps it engaging, listens actively to he... more
I love this podcast, a real goldmine of information for change professionals. I’ve just listened to the episode - The Future of Werk with Michelle Fotheringham. As a manager leading a team of change managers, it’s given me some food for thought on how to engage talent.
