I became a fan of Cap back in 2011 when the first MCU Cap movie came out. I started reading Captain America comics back in July, starting with the original Tales of Suspense stories and found you guys when I was looking around for YouTube videos talking about those issues.
Needless to say, I absolutely loved listening to you guys break down the issues as I read through them and subscribed to your channel immediately! I listen to it as a podcast when commuting to and from work. You guys truly g... more
I came for the J. Michael Straczynski interview. As a comic book creator myself, I am intensely interested in getting inside the head of other creators. But I stayed for the love of Captain America and the love for the medium in general. These gentlemen understand Cap in ways a lot of people miss. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
If you like any incarnation of Captain America, this podcast is for you! Each episode dives into the origins of the characters; good guys, bad guys, villains (listen to the Top 10 list to understand the difference). This has quickly become my favorite podcast.

It’s been two years since I left this review, I’ve been caught up for a year and a half, and this podcast is still an important part of my week!
I’ve been listening to podcasts for a few years now and how dumb am I that I didn’t think to look for a pod about the best comic book of all time??
These guys know what they’re talking about, they’re engaging, thoughtful, funny and they speak to the folks who know why they like the Captain.
Fan for life. Thanks guys.
So it’s been a while, but I felt the need to leave another review of the Captain America Comic Book Fans Podcast. Rick and Bob continue to produce fun and informative shows. I look forward to every Wednesday morning because I can listen to the latest episode on my way to work. If you’re a Captain America fan, you really need to check out this podcast
