    EXCELLENT podcast! Great content that is research-based. I love how Tati Garcia gives action steps to help implement changes in real life. This podcast is so validating for my struggles. I thought it was just me. I have seen other therapists along the way, but she has a unique approach, mixing cognitive behavioral therapy and mindful meditation. It truly helps get at the root causes.
