Unwind your mind at the end of the day! 🙏🏼 5 Minute Mojo is a simple yet in depth way to pause at the end of the work day and reflect on a concept, question, or thought that you otherwise may not have thought about during your busy day. Thom also makes it a point to remind us to make FUN a priority whether it be through his question of the day, or suggesting to catch a movie on a Friday night. If you catch 5 Minute Mojo at the end of your day, I also recommend listening to Zen Commuter on your way to work. Thom style is supportive and encouraging and hearing his words of wisdom is a great way to start and end the day!
