Have been a fan of Ty’s book True Story for a while so was pretty sure this would be well put together. It went beyond that. It is journalistic in its rigor and tries hard to do justice to all sides, before giving a verdict. And it is all done in an accessible manner. The episodes on McKinsey, Blackrock and America are some of my favorites. I also like the courage shown by the CO: team in calling it out as they see it. I like the content but I can’t listen. Using common computer/ cell phone notification tones as punctuation sound effects means that I constantly have to check my device. Do I have an incoming message or is it the podcast using the tone as a sound effect? Not a good choice of sound effects.
As a marketing professional I not only tune in every week to learn more about the brands that define this purpose-driven era, I also use it as a resource when teaching marketing to my clients and students.
Well done. Scientific emphasis, calling it out where it counts.
