Since I first came across his book, I’ve loved everything he’s done since, including seeing him speak at Hebden Bridge. Great stuff in bite sizes

  • Bite size and gentle reminders

This is a wonderful place to pick up bite size knowledge that you can start applying that day. It is a place for little reminders of what’s is important and gently guides our hearts, minds, and souls to a peaceful and loving place. Thank you

  • Mindfulness Monetization

I get the sense that this person is mostly out to capitalize on spiritual and mindfulness trends. I could be wrong, but I find it off putting.

I have three stars because the message is good, I just question the intent behind it.
