Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I realize I might be one of the handful of people who listened to these. But I truly appreciate you putting these out in the world.
Have enjoyed listening each day for the last few weeks and has helped me so much during a time of great change on my life, again thank you
Not sure this person understands the basics.
Great teachings about Buddhist philosophy and principles. Immediately applicable to my life. I love the consistent underlying message of developing a compassionate heart and helping others, using your life in service of others. The fact that Jetsunma is a western woman teacher helps make the complexities of Buddhist philosophy immediately relatable for western audiences. Would recommend to anyone interested in meditation, mindfulness, or Buddhism.
I love the way Buddhism is explained in terms westerners can easily understand!
