Not sure this person understands the basics.
Great teachings about Buddhist philosophy and principles. Immediately applicable to my life. I love the consistent underlying message of developing a compassionate heart and helping others, using your life in service of others. The fact that Jetsunma is a western woman teacher helps make the complexities of Buddhist philosophy immediately relatable for western audiences. Would recommend to anyone interested in meditation, mindfulness, or Buddhism.
I love the way Buddhism is explained in terms westerners can easily understand!
Wonderful podcast for all students of Buddhism, but especially Westerners. The teachers convey the dharma in a way that is inspiring and easy to understand!
