很喜歡夏瑪每一次的分享🩵
時常在陪伴自己、學習的道路上，不免得會有孤寂感冒出，自己一直在學習陪伴這樣擁有不舒服情緒的自己，也深刻體會這是一條屬於自己的荊棘之路，雖然不容易但也耀眼。
然而有時候的撐不下去階段，再點開聽聽夏瑪的分享，讓我瞬間有力量繼續走下去。

從內夏瑪開始聽到夏瑪，除了內容以外還留意到聲音語氣、音調似乎有不同的變化？
不變的是夏瑪有個溫暖的心❤️
雖然身為麻瓜的我在聽不可思議的那幾集會有一點點🤏不耐煩，但我承認我不知道，我沒遇過沒見過不代表不存在，謝謝你兩度停更但是都有帶著新的自己回歸不完美的頻道
這個頻道陪伴我通勤路程，遛狗甚至陪伴我睡眠，每每在聽的時候都能受到啟發，只是我金魚腦很快就忘記了，我會再次二刷三刷期待每一集新的作品✨
