  • What an episode with Dr. Courtney!.

I was training to be a ‘transformational’ (similar to holtropic) breathwork guide for a few years that started during Covid. My teacher hadn’t even taken a course on the physiology of breathwork until last February. She wasn’t open to hearing about the other techniques I was learning about. Dr. Courtney hit every mistake she made. This podcast was transformational 💚

I’ve tried mouth taping for years and it never worked for me, as I’d always take it off in the middle of the night. After learning about MyoTape from this PodCast, I’m 3 nights in where I’ve breathed through my nose all night. Today I FINA... more
