I am the founder of the Healing From Emotional Abuse Philosophy, that is based on 11+ years of research and real life experience, having gone through it myself, which makes me different from everyone else. I have developed a three key process, that can take anybody who has been through any kind of emotional abuse, and pull them out of that. It’s based on 3 steps, what I call the 3 R’s.

Many men suffer from emotional abuse. There is no help for us. Podcasts are directed to women creating a cultural bias that only women can be abused. To bring peace to families and communities we need to speak in a circle where everyone gets a turn and emotional equity is standard. It is important to hear everyone’s voice.
Awesome job bringing a voice to hard topics and sharing your unique perspective! Bravo!
