Denne podcasten er så ufattelig bra. Bra gjester, men vel så bra de episodene når Jann, Kristian og Sindre bare prater sammen! Håper de klarer en i uka gjennom vinteren også.
Startet så smått med løping i februar og oppdaget denne podcasten etterhvert. Veldig motiverende og bidro godt til at jeg gjennomførte mitt første halvmaraton i Køben på 1:49:22. God inspirasjon, motivasjon og nyttige tips!
