  • Excellent and fun!

One of three podcasts I listen to on a regular basis. Their clear analysis of the problems and practical solutions to solve them always has me nodding my head. No fluff or jargon, just an honest appraisement of human and organizational behavior.

  • This show will make you smarter.

I am a career coach in private practice, so I don’t have to solve complex organizational problems or manage cross functional teams. But many of my clients do, and their exasperation and dissatisfaction with workplace dysfunction are why they are working with me. I love listening to Rodney and Sam thinking out loud together, and always emerge with a mental model to chew on myself. Rigorous without being stuffy or self-important. My highest praise.

  • Content Great, Chemistry Could be Better

I have loved this podcast since Brave New Work, with Aaron and Rodney. While I appreciate Sam and Rodney now, there’s a lot of time spent talking about how “mean” Rodney is to Sam. It’s strange and distracting.
