  • Content Doesn’t Get Much Better!

With so many podcasts on the market today, it is so hard to break through the noise. I was recently turned on to Brave Dynamics by a friend of mine, and after tuning into a couple of episodes, it has made it’s way into my weekly routine! I literally leave 1 un-listened episode in my queue simply because I hate the thought of running out of Jeremy content! Keep it up!!

  • Authentic & Inspirational

I especially loved Episode #10, where Andrew Ive talks about how the younger generation is realizing that every dollar, pound or Euro that they spend is a vote. Incredibly useful in kickstarting my thought process around customers & the entrepreneur’s relationship with them

Solo Founding at 58 and AI as a force multiplier for the medical industry | Jay Fajardo - E694
Q: You've built companies for each technology wave and now you're building in healthcare with AI—why this intersection and what makes it different from other verticals?
He explains past experience with digital health, the importance of solving real doctor workflow problems, and how AI enables a hybrid go-to-market strategy that blends prosumer adoption with selective enterprise sales.
Solo Founding at 58 and AI as a force multiplier for the medical industry | Jay Fajardo - E694
Q: For those who don't know you, could you introduce yourself?
Jay Fajardo introduces himself as the founder and CEO of BetterClinic and a longtime Sierra founder, outlining his focus on health-tech and ecosystem building.
Wen-Szu Lin: Lessons learnt from Franchise Failure to Scaling Uber in Asia - E696
Q: What did you learn about scaling and leadership from your time at Uber, particularly with Community Operations?
I learned how to scale a large, cross-border support and back-office operation, adapt a US-centric support model to Southeast Asia, and empower local teams while maintaining consistency, which taught me the importance of founder mindsets and niche expertise in growing a company.
Wen-Szu Lin: Lessons learnt from Franchise Failure to Scaling Uber in Asia - E696
Q: Could you introduce yourself and share what led you to China to start a franchise?
I am a Taiwanese-American with an engineering background who moved into consulting, MBA, and eventually global entrepreneurship. The Olympics era in China and a desire to build something tangible led me to pursue Auntie Anne's franchising in China, believing margins and brand power would enable a scalable business there.
Eugene Cheah: Open-Source AI and the Future of Work - E686
Q: Who is this tool built for, and how did you think about go-to-market in a new company?
Initially the product was for internal testing, but as it proved effective across different contexts, we redefined our market by building a sustainable model around hosting, inference services, and open-source collaboration. The dual-path approach—research-first with commercial inference—proved essential for long-term sustainability and ROI.
