  • AI Generated Podcast…?

Pretty sure this podcast is generated by an AI like Notebook LM (I recognize the voices). But, I guess the podcast is still good…? Trying to figure it out lol.

  • So relatable

I had read in an article that the diagnosis and understanding of one’s own ADHD serve as a notable part of your treatment and the overcoming of ADHD’s challenges. Hearing a podcast like this really proved that truth to me. I relate so hard to the things they talk about. Particularly when I think of Younger Me, who didn’t have things under control as I do now. I wish I had a resource like this way back then.
