Pretty sure this podcast is generated by an AI like Notebook LM (I recognize the voices). But, I guess the podcast is still good…? Trying to figure it out lol.
Love the many different subjects they dive into that pertains to adhd! I’ve scrolled up and down and tuned into so many podcasts even audiobooks and honestly, nothing came close to this podcast. Thank you guys!
I had read in an article that the diagnosis and understanding of one’s own ADHD serve as a notable part of your treatment and the overcoming of ADHD’s challenges. Hearing a podcast like this really proved that truth to me. I relate so hard to the things they talk about. Particularly when I think of Younger Me, who didn’t have things under control as I do now. I wish I had a resource like this way back then.
