  • Great guests but too much Greg time!!

A great podcast for archers who want to listen to what the pros think and have to say. Some great guests and topics covered BUT….. please Greg…. Stop talking to much!!! Far to much of each and every podcast is taken up by Greg talking and talk and talking…. Literally gives the guests just enough mic time to validate their guest status but it’s mainly Greg wanting to hear Gregs own voice. The Podcast is pretty much split 70% Greg talking and summarising about what the guest just said (when it was... more

  • Please get some new material…

Don’t you ever get tired of saying “don’t get it twisted” and all of the tired recycled sayings you can’t get away from? Love the guest you have be for the love of everything holy please let them talk and stop interjecting your opinions so much, no ones listening to hear Greg Poole. I’m praying someone buys BowJunky and continues to have great guest but learns how to interview and not just spew an opinion that no one tunes in for…the best interviewers aren’t noticed and don’t continue with the w... more

Ella Gibson 2026 Vegas Champion
Q: What factors contributed most to your Vegas win this year, and how did you adapt in the heat of competition?
The key was maintaining focus and making precise mechanical adjustments under pressure, including tweaking draw length and test-firing a backup release, which helped stabilize alignment and timing during the crucial ends.
Chloe Nelsen 2026 Vegas Young adult champion
Q: How did you handle the one nine you shot on the second day, and what did you take away from it?
I analyzed the switch in the second half, recognized it as a mental glitch rather than a physical fault, and focused on shot timing and staying mentally calm for the rest of the round.
Chloe Nelsen 2026 Vegas Young adult champion
Q: Coming into Vegas, what was your mindset about competing against both male and female rivals in the same Young Adult class?
I treated it as a personal best challenge, focusing on my own average and staying confident rather than letting nerves dictate my performance, while acknowledging the strong competition around me.
Robert Householder calls own arrow out in Vegas shoot-off.
Q: What changes did you notice about the shoot-off flow and what helped you stay steady?
Staying in a smooth, repetitive rhythm, taking your time, and treating it like practice—keep focus on the shot and not the surroundings.
