I miss Renee. I tried to stick it out during the transition but the chemistry between Tina and Hannah doesn’t work for me. I’m sorry to say I just unsubscribed on Patreon and stopped automatic downloads.
Used to be my favorite book podcast but now it’s always lgbt or horror recs; left agenda is obvious
I used to enjoy this podcast but lately I feel like all the books recommended are horror or LGBTQ relationship books which are not in something I'm interested in. Also,it seems to push a woke political agenda which has me rolling my eyes .
I absolutely loved this podcast when it was Tina and Renee. Since Renee left and Hannah came aboard it has really gone downhill. Hannah is sometimes insufferable to listen to and the pod has gotten a lot more “woke” since she became a part of it. After years of listening I’m unsubscribing. I’ll watch Tina alone on YouTube.
This is such a fun podcast, yet I still get serious reviews and personal recommendations. I also feel connected to both Tina and Hannah as I’m a lifelong Michigander with a grandson at Northwestern University near Chicago. It’s also filmed for YouTube so you can watch it!
