  • A great self-study and personal growth resource

    As a therapist, I really love this podcast. So often, I encourage clients to seek out self-help books as part of their recovery process. However, many of my clients feel pulled in so many directions that they have trouble committing to bibliotherapy. It just feels like another thing to pile onto the to-do list.
