I look forward to this podcast every week. I am a new children’s book author this podcast is my favorite for authors. The topics are always relevant and given with the perfect dose of humor and realism. I’ve already implemented so many strategies for my new book and have seen them pay off! This week it was making a Bo the Boat Spotify playlist 😄 Thank you Penny and Amy!
An author friend recently asked me to help her with marketing and promotions. I knew nothing about promoting a book and so I have been listening to your podcast to get educated. I laugh almost every episode and I’m even sharing it with non-author business owners, who are trying to market businesses in different niches.
My favorite quote is, “Just eat your broccoli. You’re not entitled to anything.”
I try to listen to podcasts every day at the gym or in my car. After publishing my true crime memoir (Walking Proof) and getting scammed by a so called marketing company, I decided to handle my own marketing on a very tight budget. You’ve given me so many valuable ideas—some have already paid off. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
Loved the halloween themed episode - clever! Practical well organised tips - very useful to me! Thanks ladies.
