  • Love the content but is it ai?

I love this podcast, Britt’s work, and the content that’s provided, but I can’t help to feel like the episodes are scripted by AI based on language, particular words, formatting and the way things are explained. Every episode I have the same thought which is a shame.

Along with 18 months of weekly and sometimes twice weekly one-on-one sessions with my incredible PLC, learning from Britt about my nervous system helped me to put into perspective some of the WHY my body was reacting the way it was to old traumas/CPTSD. Britt’s work and the gentleness that she brings i... more

Q: How can parents help their kids regulate while also working with their own triggers and nervous system patterns?
Co-regulation is key; children learn to regulate through proximity to their caregivers and through being met with safety and presence.
Q&A: Supporting the Nervous System in Pregnancy, Birth & Early Parenting
Q: From a nervous system perspective, what supports physiological birth? Oh, I love this question. And why does safety matter so much in labor?
Safety is crucial as the nervous system perceives threats which can prolong labor; a supported, safe environment enhances the birthing process.
