I've been listening to every episode throughout my training, and honestly? I cannot get enough. What sets this podcast apart is the way Britt doesn't just talk about somatic work, she helps you actually feel it. Her ability to present this material in a way that lands in the body, not just the mind, is rare and genuinely powerful.

This is my first time reviewing a podcast, even though I’m an avid listener. Britt Piper has a way of clearly and lovingly, exposing the truth of what I’ve been feeling for my 30 years on this planet. Her voice, her wisdom, and her softness create a pathway of love and healing.
I love this podcast, Britt’s work, and the content that’s provided, but I can’t help to feel like the episodes are scripted by AI based on language, particular words, formatting and the way things are explained. Every episode I have the same thought which is a shame.
I truly love all the content Britt creates, and am so grateful for it. I’ve been a part of her Body First Healing program over the past few months and it’s been life changing. So I’m so glad to have a continued touch point into this work every week through this podcast.
I started following Britt on social media and then read her Body First Healing book so I have been excited to be able to have her in my ear every week! As a fellow therapist, I so appreciate how easy and applicable she makes the concepts and tools she shares in her episodes! Thank you so much for this Britt, I have no doubt you are impacting so many lives!

The show's central throughline is healing through the body, with a strong emphasis on nervous system regulation, somatic tools, and trauma recovery. Episodes mix practical exercises, guided practices, and personal storytelling to help listeners move from cognitive insight toward embodied change, often framing healing as relational and community-anchored rather than purely self-directed. A distinctive thread is a critical view of wellness culture and endless “hacks,” advocating for simplicity, attunement to the body, and gradual, titrated practice. Guests range from fellow practitioners to everyday people, all contributing actionable strategies for integrating embodiment into daily life, relationships, parenting, and work.
