  • Tommy!!!

They finally got Tommy Lawler! I’ve been reading that guy’s work for probably 20 years, first time I heard his voice. Don’t have any Funyuns but did crack a PBR! Also shame on the Philly beat writers for being so mean to Jonathan Gannon.

  • Came for Solak, stayed for BLG, still here for the NFC East mixtape

RJ, I hate mustard and have found that a good binder for smoking is Frank’s red hot.

  • Drug test him

RJ needs a drug test? No, you’re just another cowboys fan. You’re incredible at what you do and for a while I thought we’d found ourselves a cowboys fan that lived in reality. Someone that can have a genuine conversation. I listened to every show. We see your true colors.

  • NFC East Mixtape is the best!

BLG and RJ, I love the banter between you two. Even though I’m a die-hard Eagles fan, I have a lot of respect for RJs perspective considering he’s one of two cowboys fans I can tolerate. On this Hurts vs Dak debate, even though obviously I’m all for Hurts I think both of you are cherry picking stats to prove greatness (Hurts fumble in the Super Bowl, Dak only having one incompletion against Jonathon Gannons paper zone defense). The end-all shouldn’t be record vs each other or even wins since the... more

  • It might not be good, but at least there’s a lot of it?

It’s unclear what exactly the point of this podcast is. It doesn’t break news like inside the birds. It doesn’t provide X’s and O’s analysis like eagle eye in the sky and Philly special. It’s just some random middle-age people talking to each other about the eagles. Which isn’t bad in itself, except for the fact that they’ve been doing this for years and appear not to have even bothered to learn more about the sport. What you’re left with is basically an audio form of eagles twitter. more
