  • Sam Finkel

Sam’s quantitative breakdowns, especially about the salary cap, are entertaining, informative, and helpful. Thank you counselor!

  • Can’t support

There is some decent content in the labyrinth of offshoots in this franchise if you can spend hours listening to repetitive self-promotion. But I cannot support a podcast that promotes cannabis/TCH use just to make a buck. Shameful.

  • Way too many ads

in an hour podcast you’re probably listening to 15 minutes of ads. and they come in the middle of the hosts’ sentences.

they also spend more time complaining about their audience than just giving information. why don’t you let us judge if you’re being helpful instead of being so antagonistic about it

  • Awful ad placements

Great content…but unbearable to listen to with random ads being inserted mid-sentence & mid-thought. It was so disruptive I stopped listening and switched over to other Eagles pods

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Football at Four: Explaining the Eagles Developing QB Situation
Q: Given Dalton's contract and the quarterback room, how do you see the dynamic with Tanner McKee optionality this year?
Dalton provides veteran stability and cost efficiency, but McKee remains central as a developing option; the team may keep both in 2024 to evaluate and possibly trade McKee if an attractive opportunity arises.
Football at Four: Explaining the Eagles Developing QB Situation
Q: What is your perspective on now that we're getting into that next stage of the offseason and fortifying the roster?
The next moves will likely focus on value signings and depth across both lines and quarterback, with a strong emphasis on not overpaying for backups while keeping developmental options open.
Football at Four: Best Available Free Agents Left for the Eagles?
Q: Right, we're talking with Adam Caplan, Football at Four here. Best fits for the Eagles with what's left. Who are some fits in your mind that would work here?
Adam suggests the edge rusher and safety markets are the primary areas to target, with potential trade avenues like Jonathan Grenard and a buyer's market at safety. He notes the need for two veteran offensive linemen and considers cornerback depth, while acknowledging the limitations of cap space and the ongoing evaluation ahead of training camp and the draft.
The Intel With Greg Cosell: Eagles Tight End Room Breakdown, NFC East Adds, Free Agent Tape Analysis
Q: Why did the Bills trade for DJ Moore and what impact might that have on their offense?
DJ Moore provides a proven, professional receiver who can anchor the receiving corps, potentially addressing the Bills' prior receiver depth issues and providing a reliable target for their quarterback.
The Intel With Greg Cosell: Eagles Tight End Room Breakdown, NFC East Adds, Free Agent Tape Analysis
Q: How does Malik Willis' limited throwing sample affect evaluating his potential in traditional quarterback roles?
His sample size for drops backs and progression reads is small, so projections are necessary; his elite athleticism and run threat could influence the offense, but assessing his passing ability requires more data.
