The Bluetones at a student union where I snuck in, an eye-opening moment that showed me the scale and energy of live music and began shaping my enthusiasm for the industry.

Q: What's the first album that you bought?
It was a Now compilation from 1994 with a mix of pop, dance, and rock, which broadened my tastes and sparked an early curiosity about different genres and artists.

Q: When or how did you realize you could actually work in music, or that the music business existed?
Trenton explains an early moment when, at around 13-15, they signed a contract and then chose to move behind the scenes to learn the business, eventually pursuing a formal education at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and exploring multiple roles.

Q: What advice would you give to someone starting out who encounters rejection?
Stay positive, be proactive, research thoroughly, and remember that it only takes one right job to open the door; persistence and curiosity are key.
