Q: So I'd love for you to take us all the way back to the beginning. And how did you get into hospitality in the first place?
It started with my mother cooking and hosting dinner parties, which sparked a love of food and hospitality from a young age. I trained as a chef, explored different departments in hotels, and gradually moved into leadership roles, guided by mentors who encouraged global experiences and growth.
