I listened to this podcast everyday during pregnancy and still listen to new episodes! Kiona does a wonderful job interviewing her guest❤️

I listen to so many birth podcasts and this is by far my favorite (and not just because the host is super sweet and most of the guests are local to my area but that definitely helps). I highly recommend both pregnant folks and birth workers give it a try.
I had the pleasure of meeting Kiona virtually and I was blown away with her compassion and dedication to sharing other birth stories. I think this podcast is perfect for all ears & has some amazing truths that all women can appreciate.
I can’t wait to see what else she releases because she’s got my attention!!
You go girl!!
Kiona’s podcast adds a refreshing and engaging new voice to the world of birth stories! There’s no better way to prepare for birth than hearing stories, and I love the variety of experiences shared here, all without judgement. Kiona is engaging and insightful without getting in the way of the storyteller and their chosen narrative. I recommend listening for anyone wanting to learn more about birth or preparing for their own!
