  • Best new podcast out there

If you're tired of the "diet culture" cycle and want a podcast that focuses on mindset and nervous system work instead of just "eating less," this is a great addition to your library. It’s helpful for anyone who feels like they have a "weird pedestal" for certain foods and wants to finally bring them down to earth.

  • Great podcast!

I love that there is a podcast for this as there doesn’t seem to be a lot of resources out there or help from doctors about this eating disorder. However I’m disappointed I can’t find the links in the show notes that were mentioned in the episode. A website with more information and resources would be good too.
