If you're tired of the "diet culture" cycle and want a podcast that focuses on mindset and nervous system work instead of just "eating less," this is a great addition to your library. Itās helpful for anyone who feels like they have a "weird pedestal" for certain foods and wants to finally bring them down to earth.
I love that there is a podcast for this as there doesnāt seem to be a lot of resources out there or help from doctors about this eating disorder. However Iām disappointed I canāt find the links in the show notes that were mentioned in the episode. A website with more information and resources would be good too.

A solo host guides listeners through personal recovery from binge eating and body image struggles, blending memoir with actionable strategies. Recent episodes emphasize healing through inner work, nervous-system regulation, and reframing diet culture, while highlighting the value of therapy, community, and self-compassion over quick fixes.
