  • This has become a go-to show

After listening to this show for about a year, I’m increasingly realizing how much of a go-to resource it’s become for me. A lot of other entrepreneurial podcasts focus only on starting off as a creator — or feature only the outlying, massive stories that are inspiring, but not always relatable. I really appreciate Nathan’s focus on helping creators with established businesses take the next step. Also, gratitude to the guests who are so willing and open to sharing their work and their struggles.... more

  • Appreciate all Nathan’s insights

Nathan has done an extraordinary job leading Kit for years and his story and thinking have inspired lots of us. I appreciate the pratical conversations that often come out on the show and, even if not always exactly what I’m doing, challenges me to think anew as a creator and founder. Grateful to you, Nathan! 🙏

The $10 Offer That Made $750,000 | Shawn Blanc | 141
Q: How do you decide what to say no to when opportunities pile up?
He describes a values-based and margin-based framework: identify core personal and team values, then assess whether an opportunity aligns with those values and whether it preserves breathing room. If it does, pursue; if not, say no to preserve focus and margins.
The $10 Offer That Made $750,000 | Shawn Blanc | 141
Q: What sparked the pivot from The Focus Course to Aspen and private masterminds?
Shawn describes reaching a point of boredom and recognizing his own limits; through journaling and therapy, he realized it was time to reimagine the business. The Focus Course would be replaced with higher-value, high-ticket masterminds, starting with Aspen, to create deeper relationships and a more sustainable model while preserving impact.
$1M CEO: How to ACTUALLY Sell Online Courses in 2026 | Sam Vander Wielen | 140
Q: With that context, how did your last launch do?
The last launch generated over $600,000 in total within the month, with a four-day peak contributing about $530,000 from the launch period and substantial post-launch sales, underscoring a multi-month selling cadence and a strong long-term list.

Runway (months of cash), calls booked, days from yes to start, sales counts, conversion rates at each funnel stage, and referral tracking; the emphasis is on actionable numbers to identify and fix bottlenecks.
Forget Courses, Launch This In 2026 To Double Your Revenue | Layla Pomper | 139
Q: What are the biggest bottlenecks in your business right now and how are you addressing them?
The recent bottleneck is sales capacity and converting leads; Layla discusses hiring a salesperson, leveraging a systematized AI note taker, and refining the offer to ensure strong fit and high-quality interactions rather than chasing volume.
