There is no practice like TWIM. I have been doing it for five years now. Practicing TWIM has changed my life. It is important to note that no practice is the answer or a standalone best fit. Something I realised for myself while meditating. Delson is an amazing teacher. His compassionate way of guiding us through this exploration of ourselves is beautiful. Thank you for this.

MN 1 Majjhima Series with Delson Armstrong-The Root Sequence
Q: Seeing things as they are, what does that truly mean in practice?
It means recognizing the dependencies and conditioning behind experiences—seeing impermanence and interdependence—and not conceiving a separate self within those experiences; this reduces attachment and supports more authentic mindfulness.

Q: Is it accurate to say that dependent origination is the foundation for the three marks of existence?
Yes, that is accurate.
Jan 25 2026 SN 1.5 Arahant SN22.89 Khemakha Sutta with Delson Armstrong
Q: When you speak of this I am, what is it that you speak of as I am?
I do not speak of form as I am, nor do I speak of I am apart from form.
Jan 25 2026 SN 1.5 Arahant SN22.89 Khemakha Sutta with Delson Armstrong
Q: Could you repeat the name of that book again?
The book is called Progressive Stages of Meditation on Emptiness.
Feb 1 2026 Accompanied By Lovingkindess SN 46.54 with Bhante Kusala
Q: Could you speak about the practicality of practicing loving-kindness in a repulsive environment?
It's important to radiate loving-kindness to leadership and not to let repulsion consume us.
