  • This podcast is Gold!

I love how real your conversations are. I’ve learned so much from how I have wired my brain to regulate my body yet never put into words the impact our actions have had on me and the people I’ve treated with chronic pelvic pain. Thank you for creating such a welcoming space to heal in!

  • So educating & empowering!

Every single episode is filled with soooo much knowledge, especially on topics that we don’t hear talked about publicly. It’s encouraging to see professional women of color educating us on issues we need to be more comfortable discussing. Thank you!!!!
