Maddening to listen to as guests are constantly being interrupted by the host. LET THE GUEST SPEAK. Someone on her team needs to have a word with her. Stop finishing guests’ sentences and chipping in throughout - it stops the flow and doesn’t make for easy listening.

The Dilly Groes episode was a bit disappointing. The idea of "angel investors" being friends and family feels pretty uninspiring for people who don’t run in these circles. While Groes’ collection is are nice, the overarching message that you can achieve anything if you have a good enough work ethic feels a bit misleading.
