  • Perfect! Very much to the point! It covers some subtle areas that I could not find anywhere else!

I can never be grateful enough for the episode of enmeshment and Megan in your book particularly when you talk about non-golden enmeshed child who doesn’t go to the categories of golden child, scapegoat or invisible child. I was always puzzled about this confusing type of mother- daughter relationship which does not fit in any of the above-mentioned categories and you solved it for me!!!!!! I appreciate it a lot! I highly recommend reading your book “You are not the problem!”

  • Incredible Podcast

I couldn’t recommend this podcast more. Katie is an incredible host. I heard her on another podcast and was so excited to find she had one herself. I wouldn’t be able to be breaking cycles if it weren’t for Katie and her insight and advice.

ADHD: "I thought this was just who I am" - An Interview with Dr. Sarah Carthy (S5 Ep.7)
Q: How is ADHD diagnosed and treated in adults, particularly in women?
Diagnosis involves a comprehensive assessment including childhood history and collateral information; treatment often includes medication as a highly effective option, alongside sleep, diet, exercise, and psychological supports, with attention to coexisting conditions.
ADHD: "I thought this was just who I am" - An Interview with Dr. Sarah Carthy (S5 Ep.7)
Q: What is ADHD?
ADHD is a condition of regulating attention; it affects focus and task initiation, with presentations ranging from inattentive to hyperactive-impulsive, and many people have a combination of symptoms.
The Faces of Narcissism - An Interview with Dr. Rachna Buxani (S5 Ep.6)
Q: Why are there so many faces of narcissism and how do they differ from the textbook grandiose image?
There are multiple faces because narcissism can manifest in different presentations such as communal, covert, and vulnerable forms; the DSM definition is narrow and can miss these variations, which is why it's important to name and understand each face to prevent self-gaslighting.
The Cost of Emotional Safety (S4 Ep1)
Q: How do I explain why I'm going no contact to my children?
The hosts discuss the complexities of explaining no contact to children, encouraging honest conversations without burdening them with adult emotions.
'Narcissistic Father' - An interview with Dr. Rachna Boxani-Mirpuri (S3 Ep9)
Q: Can you explain a little bit about IFS and parts works and their protective parts?
IFS is a journey to self, where we have a true self, and through experiences, we develop protective parts that serve us.
