This show started strong: very interesting exploration of what relational approaches contribute to psychotherapeutic tradition. But it slowly devolved into another culture war vehicle. The creator’s initial even-handed thoughtfulness gave way to trying to win back his critics. Went from being a favourite to something I can no longer listen to.

  • Great show!

I’ve been listening since the beginning and have enjoyed listening on my morning walks here in Flagstaff, AZ. I find myself literally replaying the segments that hit home in my personal life and with my clients. The show provides great insight and explores different avenues that I’ve also haven’t touched on and I also love the movie introductions at the beginning of each episode.

No pop psych here. No self help. They won’t baby you- they know you can grasp the real lineage of psychotherapy. A beautiful tribute to our practice.
