So smart and funny. The GR episode was the hardest I have laughed in a long time.
I deleted my review of Freetrail, so this counts twice.
Just what this failing ultra runner needed while painfully walking to the store the day after an outing. Keep on saying the things that need to be said!
This podcast is the short bus of ultra running, exactly what the sport needs.
The hosts have a genuine ability to distribute very important and scientific running knowledge in a way that is digestible by those of us without a phd. Their insightful, if not maybe a hair too serious, conversations shine a light on the often misunderstood world of ultrarunning. They also 100% did not bribe their way into western states. Don’t believe big running.
