  • Excellent approach

This audio opened my interest specially in the mix methods used in this research. I am begining my career as development practitioner and these type of documents of "small books for big ideas", are so much needed. It is not only useful to continue research, but also to apply it. I am also convinced about the importance of the "microunderstang" in order to analyse and act with a meaninful impact

Caste-based discrimination must be recognized as a global issue, integrated into donor policies, and funding must support Dalit-led organizations. This involves advocating for Dalit scholarship and ensuring representation and visibility in higher education.

Tom shares positive responses from philanthropists, noting a shift towards justifying how they respect dignity in their charitable activities.
Dignity in development
