    Thank you for this podcast series! I feel like I learn so much about health and healing! I also appreciate the questions asked and the reference section in the notes. I’ve read so many great books that I probably wouldn’t have found on my own. I love how compassion is an underlying theme. I listen to the episodes while I walk and am so grateful for these topics and discussions.
