朋友们好！本期节目我们想从两个人的近期状态出发，聊聊由主动改变带给我们「生活重启」的感受。
近期阿能因为处在两份工作的gap期，所以有了额外假期可以集中做自己一直想做但没时间做的事；小覃则是因为失眠跑了精神科，在躯体反映下第一次得以机会认真面对自己的情绪，并开启漫长的自我治愈之旅。在这段时间，我们都通过一次次的主动行动、「做就完了」，让自己的精神状态更好；所以我们也想把这些让生活能发生小小改变的tips分享给大家，我们一起行动起来，自己创造美丽的精神状态！
